We are looking for an individual freelancer or small organisation to share our office space in the heart of trendy and creative East London.

The office is a good sized unit (230 sq ft) in a converted warehouse between London Fields and Mare Street. It shares a corridor with many creative professionals including fashion, jewellery and handbag designers, graphic designers and architects. The space is airy and light, with large windows and and very high ceiling. The building has good transport links, 5 mins from Hackney Central and London Fields and several bus routes.

24/7 access (with your own key); meeting space; storage facility; shared kitchenette; high-speed wifi internet; rates, heating, gas and electricity included. The desk is available for your exclusive use including lockable drawers.

We are a small, part-time staff delivering an annual arts festival on the South Bank of the River Thames and the only other occupant of the office.

The desk space is available immediately and on flexible terms. Rent is £60 per week (£260pcm), discounts available for longer bookings.
