Capital Age Festival is delighted to introduce Paul Margrave as the new Festival Director.

His broad experience of the arts, working with both older and younger people, his knowledge of the arts and older people’s movement in London, together with his administrative and fundraising skills, make him the ideal person to fill this challenging role.  Joan Bennetto remains heavily involved with CAF in her capacity as Chair of the Board.

As we build on the success of the Big Chair Dance 2008 and look ahead to 2010, the Cultural Olympiad and 2012, we have a multitude of opportunities in front of us. Paul brings with him new ideas for the future of the festival - broadening the artistic range, developing new workshops, making links with present and new key partners. There is much anticipation in the air and everyone at CAF is very excited and optimistic at this exciting time in the festival’s development.

If you want to know more about our exciting plans for the future, or get involved in with the festival as a performer, volunteer or organiser, you can send an email to Paul at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
